MMMMMM, candy. ;-)I am in the throes of PMS and all I want is chocolate and something salty. And candy. Yum. But it's true; it makes me way more grumpy. So I should try to stick to greek yogurt and granola. :-P
ah nerve racking I know...but hey...if thata ALl you gained eating candy! I say your metabolism has really reset itself to be healthy! So imagine what will happen if you quit the candy!!!:):):) Sometimes a treat is nice though....
